@CharlesHlcBendel im pretty sure citron's shield has 600 hp. nerfing it to 390 hp would make him even more useless

@chogath_player  If anything I would like to see citron get buffs. I know they won't scrap naval laser, but I wish they would. It feels so bad to use.
