DLC not working for plants vs zombies battle for neighbourville

      Hey @escape_61,

      Thanks for the information.

      So, you've highlighted BFN on the home screen, gone to "manage game" and checked your add ons to make sure they're installed?

      Have you also tried clearing your MAC Address?

      Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your console for 30 seconds or so and turn it back on.

        Hi, @iluminatethesky

        Yes, I had checked the add-ons through the 'manage game' section and they are showing as installed. I had uninstalled several times through this way and reinstalled.

        I wasn't aware about clearing a MAC address. I have tried the process you advised and unfortunately they are still not showing in game.
