I bought the pack that unlockes both torchwood and hover goat 3000 and after i opened the rainbow star chests that you usally get the characters from i only got a skin for hovergoat and nothing in the one for torchwood. is there any way i can be given the missing skin?
Have you emailed EA yet? Include screenshots of what you were supposed to get. But look first to see if you have it for it may be hiding somewhere. That happened to me a few times with the Simpsons game. What I bought wasn't where I thought it was. Sometimes it's even an extra step to claim even after you already have.
