Yes, I had checked the add-ons through the 'manage game' section and they are showing as installed. I had uninstalled several times through this way and reinstalled.
I wasn't aware about clearing a MAC address. I have tried the process you advised and unfortunately they are still not showing in game.

Community Admin@escape_61 Thank you for trying this. The last thing I'd like to check is if you open the Xbox menu then go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray, then "Persistent storage", then choose to clear it, does anything change?
