Does progress carry between different platforms?

I play this game on PS4, but if I also bought it on PC, would I be able to play on PC where I left off on PS4?

For example, (just a random number) if I'm rank 50 on PS4, when I start up the PC version, would I be Rank 50?

    No your progress will not be carried over. Only those loyalty rewards from PVZGW 1 will carry over to different platforms as long as you use the same EA account.
