Don't open the red chest yet

I really think a key should be guaranteed.  With the current game, that's 17 successful games you'd have to play before being able to open the thing -- more, since you're likely to have a match or two that only garners one star.  That's a fairly significant amount of grinding for only a "possible" outcome.  I got a key but I can only imagine my frustration if I had not.  I know I most certainly would not be happy.

I already opened the red one although not the 30 and 10 rainbow star chests yet. I got a Peashooter police cap in the 50 chest I did open last night. I'm glad their increasing the key drop rate in future regardless, I really want to see these new trials and those special chests.

I was one of the lucky players to actually get a Red Key which unlocked the Trial of Hot Doom, and had I not seen so many people stating that they hadn't received any key at all I would have assumed that receiving a key was automatic until you had received all of them. While I can understand adding a random factor doing so when you have a single chance per week of success is just incredibly frustrating when chance doesn't go your way and you know that there are these new areas to explore and complete and new mysteries to figure out.

If you wanted to add a random factor at least give the first one as a guarantee to get people invested and then resort to randomization after that.
