Don't seem to be getting any more ability upgrades

When the DLC pack came out I got 13 out of the 24 new abilities within the first few days. Since then I have bought at least 15 of the 20,000 packs and several 10,000 pack and not got any more abilities. It's hard to believe I'm being that unlucky. I really want to get these last 11 abilities but it seem like the game will not give me any more! It's been weeks now since it gave me a new one!

Anyone else having this issue?

    Only thing that you can do is either:


    A) Keep trying

    B) Call customer support to this game because I don't know the number...

    Trust me it took me at least 50-80 packs before getting all the abilities, just keep buying them packs and sure enough, you'll get the abilities.

    We'll at first I thought it was just bad luck, but when the dlc was first out I was getting one of these every 2 or 3 packs so to suddenly stop getting them all together seemed like more than just bad luck... After spending another 300,000 coins and not getting a single one it really doesn't feel like I'll get any more.

    After a few more packs I'll have all the characters so by the time I've got another 50-80 I should probably have pretty much everything in the sticker book! Maybe then it'll give me the upgrades!
