Downloading P v Z onto PC

Aquired the game after a lot of flaffing about downloading Origin first...

Finally found the game in 'my games' and  it show's as new, but when you click on the icon (which is greyed out) nothing happens?

It say's it's supposed to come up with download but it doesn't...

What am I doing wrong? Very frustrating...

Yes I'm old and Yes it's for my son who's bithday tomorrow..Help!

Sign completely out of Origin, close origin bottom right.  Relaunch Origin.

Run Origin as Admin.

Any emails for account confirmation if you just created it?

Purchase history says it was all good transaction?
