Is Dr. Zomboss' Frozen Upgrade being made available again at some point between now and the end of the year (2018)? I missed out the first time round so wondered if it might be reissued. Or somethi...
I've never seen an upgrade be offered a second time, excepting the Deluxe Edition upgrade which is always available. However, sometimes one can find codes for them on sale at websites like gamestop or amazon. It's worth some web searching.
Some sort of similar upgrade seems to be offered periodically throughout the year, perhaps every two or three months.
