Any one else thing that you should be able to summon the Gargantuar, Yeti or Disco Zombie as a special move to drop in G&G? Maybe make them cost 2000.
Or try to access 5 zombie summoning points and after the 5th one you summon one of them. Cant think of a good counter for crazy dave though. We need these guys in G&G one way or another. But I think this would be the best way to insert them. Also it would really change up the gameplay which is always welcome.
I actually think the disco zombie would be better as the 5th playable character for the zombies using tommy gun attacks. One special ability being the spin move (same effect as the engineer's jackhammer knockback and damage). 2nd special ability using up to 4 zombie summon stickers (this would have a long recharge rate and require all previously summoned zombies from this ability to be gone).
Good call on the Disco Zombie.... regardless having the other bosses in G&G would be incredible. Maybe crazy dave could plant a giant sunflower at the base that you need to destroy before taking it over. For obvious reasons it would only be allowed before the 2 minute mark or something depending on the health of the flower.
If Gargantuar or the Yeti were to make it into a typical game, I would suggest making them costly drops for Boss Mode.
Something like 500 brains for the Yeti and 1000 brains for Gargantuar.
Plants Boss Mode would get something like kernal-pult and cob cannon (or cabbage and melon) for 500 and 1000 respectively.
If Disco Zombie makes it into the game as another playable character, then the only viable option for another plant playable character is the starfruit or shroom. Shroom will provide more options for variants, so that would be my vote for next playable character type.

Nah... Boss Mode is the only viable option for those. It's the only way you can somewhat limit the frequency they appear in a game. If I stock up on Gargantuar stickers, then the plants would seriously have little to no chance in a match. Limiting them to Boss Mode assures us that only one will appear at a time... and only a few appear in a game.
This game was created with the One in mind and later ported to the 360. The 360 was an afterthought... as should any decision about future content. The gaming industry will go nowhere if it keeps holding onto the past... and in this case, the 360.
