Driver updated to latest and still not working

So, I downloaded this game, then I loaded it. The game had a black screen and said this: "Detected Intel  driver version #1 23.20.16.4973 02/29/2019 00:00:00 The recommended driver version is xx.xx.25.20 or later Please update your drivers at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ before playing the game. Do you want to try and run the game anyway? There may be stability, performance or visual corruption issues." I press cancel and waited a few minutes. Nothing. I turned off my computer then turned it back on and tried open in PVZ. Same thing. Then I pressed OK and it logged me out. I tried getting the newest version but it said its not compatible. Please someone help me. ☹️

    @andregiard326 Could you please send the DxDiag file with the directions iluminatethesky provided. It will give information about your computers hardware such as driver versions that can be used to fix the problem.

    I am also having this problem

    here is my dxfiag info 

    i have a Dell Latitude 3540 laptop with I3-4005u and Intel HD4400 with 8GB ram and 120GB ssd with Windows 10 Pro 64bit (version 2004). Latest Dell Bios.

    my current driver is 20.19.15.5063 and works fine in most games.

    if you happen to open the game any message that involves the following numbers xx.xx.25.20 or asking you to update the Graphics Drivers, just put the ORIGIN and the PVZ itself to run in Compatibility/Administrator mode, after that run the game directly and not by ORIGIN and click OK when the message appears, if it doesn't work, try to update the drivers of your video card even if it is integrated and repeat the process.
