Driver updated to latest and still not working

So, I downloaded this game, then I loaded it. The game had a black screen and said this: "Detected Intel  driver version #1 23.20.16.4973 02/29/2019 00:00:00 The recommended driver version is xx.xx.2...

    Hello, I seem to be having the same problem as the guy above ☹️ can you help me figure this out?

      @andregiard326 Could you please send the DxDiag file with the directions iluminatethesky provided. It will give information about your computers hardware such as driver versions that can be used to fix the problem.

        Plus you need at least windows 10
