EA Account Won’t Sign In, Even Though Login Credentials Are Correct

The login button is greyed out on Xbox One when trying to sign into PVZGW2. All login credentials are correct, but still won’t let me login.

    @7ujrl4ltorkn Is this still happening? To confirm can you scroll down to a select or sign-in button to click? Are you trying to access the game under the Xbox account that owns the game or one game sharing?
