EA account

I bought Planets vs Zombies GW2 game for PS4 and I can't  seem to be able to go past the EA register  part, I signed up for the account but I still can't play.  Can someone/anyone please tell me how ...

@RowRowMLJackson Can you show me a screenshot of what happens when you attempt to? I believe you have to link your EA account to your PSN (but you may have already done that).
