[EA app] PvZ GW2 AntiCheat error 1053

I have installed Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and I continually see the attached screen shot that says 

EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error.  Please restart the game: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (1053).

OS: Windows 10 with latest updates

Video Card:  RX 6700 XT with latest drives.

I have started the EA app as administrator and reinstalled the game and Anti cheat numerous times.

Any help is appreciated.  I have read through the many posts from 2022 on this issue and none those suggestions have helped.

    @jarrodalbert Hey, so these errors are typically either network-related, or permissions-related.

    Check out the article here and look for (1053) and let me know if the steps help.

    If they do not let me know which steps have been performed!

    Thank you for the suggestion.  The game will still not start.  I have tried the following.

    1. Allow ea app and PvZ GW2 access through the firewall

    2. I have restarted the machine multiple times.

    3. I have started the game and ea app using Run As Administrator
