This error code means your application have crashed for some unknown issue which is likely corruption somewhere. This is a PS4 error code. Luckily, this is a common problem which can be solved by:
- Installing the latest version/patches for the game before launching then restarting your console.
- Reinstall your game if you downloaded it. Be sure to check your memory unit's space to ensure the game can install properly.
- If all the above fail, it might be worth reinstalling the PS4's system software. This is done under Settings->Initialization->Initialize PS4. Be sure to back-up all your data before doing this.

Cleared down and deleted all saved game data. Still same issue 8-(

If such methods do not work, I have gathered that these may also hopefully solve the problem:
-Go into storage management and delete back-up saves.
-Try turning the console on and off (manually, not rest mode) after clearing your back-up files. Words has it that it sometimes get fixed after that.
-If all else fails, it may be a problem in your Hard Drive Disc which could need repair, replacement or upgrading. This costs money so I would not recommend you try this unless it is a last resort.
You can try to consult the PlayStation customer service and find a way to get your console fixed if required or get a replacement console.
