4 years agoHi @SuperHamster747 Can you try going through the following if you have not already?
DNS settings: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22411/~/how-to-manually-enter-dns-settings it fixed a few apex connection errors for my players
Clear Cache:
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
- Open the System Settings from the Home menu
- Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
- Choose Check for Corrupt Data
- Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

@SuperHamster747 To check is it possible to use a different network to connect the switch to and try to see if we get the same message?- 4 years ago@EA_Illium I tried it, but I unfortunately got the same message.

@SuperHamster747 To confirm does your Switch ID use any special characters or just letters?
