Hi @SuperHamster747 I've shared this with the team to look into, we've some reports on AHQ that some users run into an issue with this happening when you use the switches touch screen versus the analog stick.
To check when you try to sign in can you just use the analog stick and not touch the screen till it either signs in or errors out?
