Error linking EA Account to Switch

Hey,

I’m having the same problem. We can’t link the EA account to Switch.

Im worried it’s an age restricted issue, but have double checked that the account I’m connecting has an adult Nintendo account attached, and it does. Does anyone have any more details to ensure I’ve not missed something.

This is the same account that I use in the Nintendo store, so it has to be adult, right?

We’ve tried on two different networks, still no luck.

We’ve tried with a fresh EA account, still no luck.

Currently playing offline with my son, which without split screen kind of sucks.

@Picklehead79 To confirm are you getting the same message as OP? Have you confirmed with Nintendo support about the switch account if it might have any restrictions like a child account would?
