ERROR Message for Launching PVZ 2 (PC)

All of these fixes + reinstalling the game and EA app, getting new EA account.

Yes it is Garden Warfare 2 that's the issue. I downloaded Garden Warfare 1 and launched without the error.

Did you try the solutions in the video I posted as well?

I tried all of the ideas in the video posted but I have Windows 10 home rather than Windows 10N.  I cannot seem to find a media pack for that version and none of the other ideas have helped me successfully be able to launch and play PVZ GW2.  I've already reinstalled the game but it is asking me to do so again. KB 3145500 didn't seem to show me options although that was mentioned as a spot to check for media packs that were for windows versions other than 10N.

Really appreciate any ideas.
