I bought this game two days ago and every time I try to launch it, the photo is exactly what happens right after launching the game. I think the problem with it is there isn't any EAC install because I don't see it in any of the files. I have chatted with 3 EA members before this explaining but anything they offered didn't work.

its not letting me install it I tried it 4 times already still nothing
I have try again but this time running it as administrator then unchecking the install bing something and yet my plants vs zombies is still not working
