Error unable to join a session. check your network connection & try again

Have had this issue for the past 3 days on both mine and my husbands xbox live accounts.  Weird thing is that it is intermittent - sometimes one of us can get in when the other can't.  Or you can get...

Have any of you played the game before? Or is this just happening for new players? What're your regions? Is everyone on Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

Listen, toast. No more techs like questions. Just fix the problem! You do this to me all the time. JUST FIX IT THE ONLY WAY I CAN PLAY IS LIKE THIS. Join session wait for error sign out then in. Join last session by going to recent players. Any account is fine. Then you join a game. Don't even ask me anymore questions. I'm sick of this.You don't show quality support. Please excuse my anger. I'm sorry. Errors only occur on the xbox 360 and ps3 and 4. Xb1 is fine.
