Everyone is getting the "FREE GEMS" button but I never got one.

Seriously, is something wrong? Everyone else is watching ads for the gems but I never had a "FREE GEMS" button appear on me at least once and never got to watch an ad for a gem. I don't really know how the bug happened and it's happened to most other people and we're missing out the gems. Please help?

Same problem.
I have a game on two devices IOS and android
IOS - no bonus for viewing ads
Android - have a bonus for viewing ads.

Developers, explain why?
This bonus is only for android users?

I've been writing about this issue.
This is a section with technical problems, and we expect there to solve them, or at least, comments from the developers about it.
