- @Iron_Guard8 & @ippig Unfortunately there are more than those three as well & with even worse urban meanings. I recently had some pointed out to me.
I'd rather get rid of anything other than straightforward social & strategic phrases, tbh 😖 - Iron_Guard86 years agoLegend
@ToastedSarnie I do want some silly ones (and posted a bunch), but not ones that can easily made into nasty sayings. Unfortunately the number of things that can be turned into nastiness when they were largely intended to be silly has increased in recent years.
I'm not happy I can't use 'chicken sighting' when I mean it in a goofy manner (or maybe we'll get chicken wrangler zombies someday), and people will assume I'm insulting them.
On PC you can't directly message people not on your friends list so you won't get some of the crazy nasty messages sent at you some people have shown elsewhere on consoles, but I did see some players targeting Zack Scott in his videos and one was using 'bye, bye bae" and others at him every time they vanquished him. This is why we can't have nice things.
- @Iron_Guard8 Yes, it's a sorry state to be in, that people twist darker meanings into words & phrases.
If you do know about those other things, though it can cause serious offence - the trouble is these are used as a way of disguising contempt or nastiness & you often have no way of knowing which way they're meant.
And if it's hard for those of who speak the same language, how much harder is it for those who don't? Many wouldn't understand the jokey phrase that was originally intended, let alone an alternate meaning.
So tricky! - Iron_Guard86 years agoLegend
@ToastedSarnie the day I can't just yell 'Sandwiches!' will be a dark day indeed.
Other expressions I'd like:
"By the pot on Dave's head!"
"Time to throw in the trowel." (this one could be taken as a mock but I love the pun)
"Look! Brainz!"
"B is for Brainz...I think?" (zombie joke)
"Yay! Sunlight!"
"L.E.A.F. agents, assemble!"
"Beware the gnomes!"
- These are my ideas, haven't read all the comments on this post yet so I'm sorry if I took someone else's idea.
"Spawn X here!" (X being any spawnable plants or zombies, didn't want to write out a ton of spawnables individually)
"Hurry up!"
"That was fun!" - Iron_Guard86 years agoLegend
More:
"Spring to it!" (more of a plant saying for obvious reasons)
"Shamble on, zombies!"
"I hear that mushrooms are fun guys!" (a fungi pun)
"Penny picks the tunes."
"Wait! The grass we're standing in is a plant too!" (zombies mostly)
"What missing shoe?" (zombies again)
That just happened
Boom, goes the dynamite
triple snap
oh no you didn't
your mom
i can't believe you've done this
- @spIash_damage If emotes are removed, people who have them should get something in return, and not a silly 2k coins, I mean something like 50k, or maybe rainbow stars or prize bulbs? Content being removed without anyone getting anything back from it is a waste of time for the people who unlocked those things and is bad game design.

Unless someone else posted it, and it's so obvious with the game's theme and appropriate to old farts like me and @dwooten77 , I'm ashamed I didn't say this one earlier:
"Get off my lawn!"
