Failed to join game session Garden Warfare 2

So I've just re-installed this game because I felt like giving it another go, but I noticed that 99% of the times I look for a session in a populated or unpopulated game mode I get: "Failed to join game session, please try again". After further troubleshooting I concluded that it was not a firewall issue and may be a server issue, because this only happens on EU servers, when I select other regions I just get put in an empty lobby

    Figured out how to check the server status on the EA Help site. Currently, it shows the PC and Xbox servers as down.

    Hopefully EA can get this figured out soon, it has been many days so far.

    Well I live in Europe, and if I switch regions same thing happens on NA servers. I re-installed the game as well but still it doesn't work. I think it's just the servers in general...

    @BelaThaBoss i think is their servers, i have the same issue and i'm on EU server, i play daily, last night was just fine, so is not only you

    For the past couple of days, I can connect, but every game I enter is empty...

    The same problem has been happening to me since last week. I can't find any match. EA needs to fix that problem as soon as possible.

    @MikeyJohn2 This is also what's happening for me right now, I can connect again but it always puts me in an empty server
