Bug pack

Hello,

I opened a Hero Pack in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The pack contained only one card and it was supposed to give me a Hero.

However, instead of receiving a Hero, I received an Octo-Pet card. Octo-Pet is not a playable card and it disappeared from my collection afterwards.

I did not receive any Hero from the pack.

I no longer have a screenshot of the pack opening, but could you please check my account and the pack opening history to verify what happened?

I would appreciate it if you could restore the Hero I was supposed to receive, or otherwise compensate me for the missing Hero.
