Keep getting this same message. I have tried clearing my system cache. Even after doing that I keep getting the same message. It has nothing to do with my connection as I can play other games with no problems.

I'm having same problem, I cleared system cache, nothing, tried resetting xbox and that didn't help either. So I checked for a system save file and it don't exist. I'm not sure of the problem but its getting annoying resetting all my characters every game. BTW I'm on XB 360

Same problem on Xbox One. Happening on both mine and my Mrs accounts. Tried both hard resets (holding power button in & unplugging the power) and still nothing.

I only have the XBOX 360 variant, everything is saved, and I have all the characters, and customization items I have so far, but every time I leave, and get back on the game my characters aren't customized. IT'S INFURIATING >☹️
