THIS GAME IS STILL ALIVE
Ever since 2016, PvZ GW2 has been my favorite video game and as of 2024, still is to this day.
Across my EADesktop Account, and PlayStation account I have rounded up 5000 hours on this one video game.
This game hasn't been updated ever since the Kernel level anti cheat for PC/Computer players.
Which unfortunately did not work. Players are still finding ways to cheat via multiplayer on the game, and restrict players from even entering a multiplayer match with an application titled "Cheat Engine."
Players are still purchasing this game. If it's either through the Steam store, EADesktop, Playstation store, or the Xbox store.
The analytics for the PvZ Mega Sale shows it. Your game outshined one of the most popular games right now being Amongus.
As you wrote it, there is no longer a development team for this game, but the game is still able to be clearly updated.
With that in mind, why can't we receive updates for character balancing?
We haven't seen a shift in the meta since 2019. The same characters are still dominating, and there are still such useless characters such as, Breakfast Brainz, Toxic Citron, and Moto-X Star who are pushed away for the better characters like Agent Pea, Super Commando, or Plasma Pea.
Community challenges brought this game to life each and every time they were on rotation. If it was taunting players, vanquishes with toxic characters, or even completing epic quest.
Each community challenge brought life, and allowed a new way to play the game each and every week. Ever since they've been gone, there is no reason to play the game differently.
The monthly town halls used to be every week. This allowed many unique game modes to be played. Such as, Cats Vs Dino's, Battle of Exploding Heroes, or the beloved Boss Hunt. Which could never be played by the new players entering your game.
This community is still alive, we are the undead.
We still play, we still interact, and create content on your beloved game.
There have been many attempts of "#SAVEGW2" over on the reddit page. Of course, these never got anywhere. The point is however, they cared enough to try.
We the Garden Warfare 2 players across all platforms still love, care, and play your game.
We won't go down without a fight, and we want this game to shine just like the old days.
Garden Warfare 2 may be 8 years old, but the game has potential to bring new memories with friends across the community.
All you have to do, is listen to us.
Will you make the correct choice? Or will you let this game rot as the zombies did.
