After Completing "Get your final plant Hero quest", My hero selection is showed ChompZilla and SolarFlare. But before i chose my hero my game got closed unexpectedly due to memory sortage, After that when i open the game the quest is changed to "Get your final Zombie Hero quest" and it says that i have chosen my third hero but i only have two heroes now.
I've just spent an hour on the phone with support being told to "Replay the level". Especially funny seing as I finished the quest in a multiplayer match. After explaining to them multiple times why that won't work, their "solution" was to tell me to restart the device. Very conveniently getting me off the phone as it was the device I was calling them on as my home phone number is one digit too short for the call back option to recognise. Guess what? No new hero after restarting my device.
I asked them what to do after this and it was simply "If it doesn't work look at the forums". Big help there. Come EA, give your support guys some proper notes on what the game even is, not having another choice of zombie hero is kind of putting me off because the options I have currently are kind of underwhelming to me.
