Final starting hero glitch

This problem was posted before also. But I'd like to. I've it in my own words. There is a quest where you play 25 games to unlock a starting hero, I haven't got the choice for both plants and zombies. Please reply. My email is [edit: email address removed] and my PvZ hero username is NerdPebble.

I faced the same issue with both plants and zombies. Both times when I completed the final hero achievement, it did not take me to the hero selection screen

This happen to me as well I have no idea of why it's doing this.

This problem has both occurred twice with me, first when getting the final stage of the plant hero and also the zombie hero.
