@Conewhizz @ Even if he is like, 5% better than Kernel (wich he isn't lol), he has 2 upgrade points instead of 7 for any other upgrades, so Kernel is better
- @GutmanSca I would say they are in the same tier. Shogun has tiny better dps and better recoil but wastes 5 points for a shield thats really gimmicky. Kernel has worse dps and worse recoil but has 7 upgrade points that he can freely use.
