    I am happy to report the problem is fixed!!! The game works perfectly now. Many thanks to whoever got it fixed at EA! The community is very grateful. Keep up the good work.

There are workarounds to get access to the main menu, but we shouldn't need to rely on those for access to the game we bought and pay a monthly subscription for online access for.
