    I am happy to report the problem is fixed!!! The game works perfectly now. Many thanks to whoever got it fixed at EA! The community is very grateful. Keep up the good work.

Having the same issue. I know 360 users are second rate users at this point in time but hopefully someone at ea still cares about us

    Thank you everyone for adding your replies. I just had a live chat with EA Help and the agent filed this as a bug report/server issue with EA (as far as he told me). I will continue doing my best to bring attention to this problem and garner support for it until more confirmation that it will be investigated and fixed is given by EA representatives. Please spread the word and help this issue get noticed. Thank you all.
