In my opinion, AWFUL. I got her with Party Brains in the beginning of IT, and she's not good. Her damage is iffy, and since they don't home in like they did, its tough to get hits on people. Granted I only have the first two upgrades on her so after some time I could get back to you on that. Although the guitar solo played when she's in Party Mode is pretty sweet. 😳

She's alright maxed out. You really want to stay far back from any fight and try to just pick on unaware people. She dies quick, like any Rose so keep Enigma UP so you can get out of a situation and keep the streak alive so you can go for Party Mode. In party mode she plays closer to what she was pre-nerf damage wise. Although it doesn't last as long as some other legendary modes. I have a pretty rough time utilizing her party mode in multiplayer because she's so squishy. It's happened a lot of times where when I finally hit PM but then I have to hit enigma shortly after because she really can't take any abuse, which automatically cancels party mode.... So she hits like 11-12 damage in PM which is like pre-nerf rose but with the nerfed Roses tracking and range. So she's ok. IMO she's like the strongest rose, which isn't saying a whole lot in her current state, but it's better than the others.
@XMalakhX @Ondu_Kinuta TY that doesn't sound that bad. Well I'm glad to see she's one of the more powerful Roses.
Now let's all take a moment of silence to remember poor Ice Rose and that she use to be able to freeze Zombies.
Cheers for that. I can't wait till she's fixed so I can actually unlock her.

Oh Ice Rose....my only hope now is to charge up and let it go, and hope for a vanquish...

At this point I would settle for her charged shot to actually freeze Zombies again. Party Rose sounds like fun though and TY guys for answering my question promptly.
I maxed Rose and Party Rose before GV (and obtained all Parties pre-GV as well), but even afterwards, she's still good. I run homing, damage and health upgrades on both. Party deals 8 per hit with damage upgrade, and 12 during Party Time with damage upgrade, which is still pretty good. I still prefer Party over regular tbh. Play her the same as before GV, just with more distance between you and your targets. If you can get the red crosshair, that's great, otherwise, a lot of target leading is required, but not difficult.

Thanks that real handy to know, how is her fire rate though?
I ask because Druid Rose's fire rate is like Pre-nerf Rose and I'm hoping Party Rose is about the same.
When she reaches party mode her music is by far the coolest out of all the party variants. It's addictive.
The character design looks fantastic (all that 80's vibe), and the same goes for the rest of the Party characters; performance is not that bright since the patch i'm afraid. You'll struggle to get the racial boost, only to die in a few seconds.
So true ! Too bad the music doesn't last long lol
It's the only IT character i have for 190 hours played and 10 infinity mode. I didn't even notice that i'd unlock her. Went to promote another rose and she was there xD
I played a little in ops and she seems to be like Rose and Druid to me
