So I bought a star-studded pack in pvz battle for neighborville but it said "Unable to process purchase" even though my money went through... It's been almost a week now and I still haven't received anything in my account... I tried EA support but that's not taking any action yet either. What should I do?
try again with the support or do like me i got 200dollars worthof dlc and coins etc but a bug prevent me to get it and they never refund because i already use it but no i cant use it it's softlock anyway i use my pc account and gave me money packs myself with cheats to compensate
So you just used cheats to get your stuff back? I mean I think it's unfair the fact I spent 10$ in a game for nothing although I wouldn't know how to get cheats nor do I want to risk getting banned. I sent out two Support messages but they haven't done anything... But it's okay, I'll just leave this forum here in case anyone knows anything about this someday. Thanks for trying to help!
