Founders awards not showing

I was able to get the unicorn chompers hat and the 30 prize bulbs on my account.. But my son who also has been playing did not receive them on his. Will they be coming? Or what do we need to do f...

I have been part of this Founders thing since the beginning and my 12yo son has been playing as well on his account. Since the October 1 update he has not been able to use any tacos, marshmallows, badges etc... that he has found at any vendors. Now that the game has fully released I was given 30 bulbs just for participating but he was given NOTHING. What is going on? What can I do to fix this for him? This is completely unfair to the primary person this was meant for.
