Frame Drops in Multiplayer/Low FPS in Town Center

In multiplayer the game can run smoothly at 60 FPS, but it only lasts around 5 seconds before it drops to 30 for a much longer time. This happens in every area in Turf Takeover.

Also in Town Center my game runs at 30 FPS and lower. Are there any fixes or will I have to wait until a fix comes out. If you need my graphics settings then reply that.
