About a month ago my friends list and the button on the bottom for friends disappeared and hasn't came back yet. This is after over two years of playing. Someone told me to uninstall and reinstall but make sure I'm connected to my EA account. That comes the issue where I can't login to my EA account. In my settings, the MY ACCOUNT button has vanished. It is gone and I do not know how to get it back. Here is a photo https://imgur.com/a/zlbk48L. If anyone could help that would be appreciated.

Someone suggested to use cellular data when reinstalling the game but I don't want to reinstall yet at fear of losing any of my data. I have about 1-2 years of work on this account so I would like to keep such.

Someone also said it may be that I entered an age that is too young. If this is so, is there any way to change that age? I may have put a random age when installing so I could play without thinking.

I am having the same problem and it just disappeared out of nothing and something sad is that now I can't play with my friends

Hey all of you, do you remember what you set your age to when you first installed your game?
Also, is the My Account setting available there on your accounts. Go into Settings and hopefully it will be there, similar to the picture I provided below.
