It is only a videogame. If you want to be heard, write English since the developers native language is English. Or contact the Italian PR person from EA and tell them to pass along your complaints. Otherwise get over it. This is as if I came into your house in Italy and started talking Japanese which you probably dont understand. And then got mad at you for not understanding Japanese.
