Frosty pack with New Abilities (Future parrot and Dark Garlic drone)

Brace for impact, some will love these new abilities:

But many will hate that you've to pay for TWO separate packs ($10 + $10 = $22 with tax)....especially you've to pay for each account.  (Cough...cough...cough...pay for play)

    I followed the steps provided by PlayStation Support to try and get the items, but still nothing.

    This leads me to conclude that the Frozen Upgrades for the Plants and Zombies are defective. And a defective upgrade does not belong in any online store. The upgrades should be taken off the online stores immediately. I ask EA and Popcap to compensate all players affected, including me, the hardest hit.
