You guys are having the same problem too,because im having the same problem and im really getting pissed because I spent 20 dollars on these pack.
- Similar issue here on xbox. Bought the frost deluxe pack with the main game and deluxe edition(not the frosty DLC). Everything is installed, but I receive nothing in my mail even after 3 days ☹️
- I also had a problem with the frosty deluxe edition upgrade. I paid for it and only was able to load the game without a disc. All the bonus content (6 deluxe packs, 2 festivus packs, 200,000 coins) was not deposited in my game. Luckily, Microsoft refunded my money. Near as I can tell, I purchased a previous deluxe edition before with different stuff. Maybe you can only get one (although that one wasn't a digital copy of the game) deluxe edition (it does drop a 10mb file in your plants save section)
- Did you call Xbox for a refund?
- There is a thing on the store where you can buy both packs in one which let's you buy it again. I tryed it but didn't work still so I suggest you be careful with that as well.
