Game crashes instantly.

Hi,

Currently I'm having a very though time getting the game to work on my wife pc, the game instantly crashes as soon as I attempt to run it, I get a crashapp error and it lists a MSVCR120.dll file.

Now I have attempted several things:

Downloading and running vc_credistx64 from MS page, both doing unintall/install and repair.

Running the same file found in the PVZGW2/Installer/Vc folder.

The same thing for the Dxinstall.

Transfering the file from my own PC (where the game runs just fine).

Doing a full uninstall of the game and Origin then redownloading both and doing fresh installs.

Making sure I have the lastest GPU driver as well as Windows updates.

Now I have gotten CTD's from other games but I haver had this issue were I can't even get it to load for a second.

I'll add the Dxfile and a SS of the error (The SS is on spanish).

Hopefully someone can help out.

    Well, I got it sorted out and might as well leave what worked for me in case anyone else has the same issue.

    Turns out I needed to instal Service Pack 1 for Windows 7, for whatever reason it wasn't showing as an update so I downloaded the file and installed it, this worked the first issue however.

    Now I had a second issue with an error message saying failed to create direct X device and telling me that my card did not supported Direct X11 which is false, I did some more reading and someone suggested downgrading my driver to a previous version, I was using the newest Nvidia driver version 361.91 so I downgraded it to  version 359.06 and this solved the issue and the game is running fine.

    Im not a PC expert by any means, but make sure that she has at least min spec
