Its a PS2 Dual Shock controller, but it was old and the analog on it wouldn't set so it was probably failing. I just used my PS3 controller which I had sitting in a closet. However, now when I summon a drone and use its primary weapon it cancels out and explodes. Not sure why when my buttons were set the way they were before.
Re-installing my video drivers and using another controller has worked wonders for my game. The game moves much smoother and my crosshair doesn't move around when I'm firing at a target.
