Game import/level reward of GW1 is not working, it just closes the mailbox

After learning about the character import and rewards I went back and I kept working on my level to get the best rewards (level 100+). I also spent some time finding additional characters.  After all...

Remember that you can only import characters once a day (every 24h).

Also, make sure that both devices are properly connected to the same EA/Origin profile.

Try these things and see if it works.
