Game is brand new but says disc is dirty same with other ea games

Brought GW2 2 weeks ago , loved the game , brought a coin bundle in DLC , after that the game won't load says . Plz check if the disc is dirty, broken or is upside down , if it wasn't doing the same ...

Fingerprints maybe?  Why people still bother with physical copies if the resell value is so low?

two games doing this makes it seem like maybe your console is having trouble or both disks were created badly...I would suggest talking to the store, see if they can load it or see if it loads at a friends house
