I think you get the point. I only state my opinion which I base on my experience in game. And whenever I play as the Cactus, I murder Deadbeards. They are no challenge for me. While Seaboard is easier to pick up and easier to master, a good Cactus beats a good Deadbeards in 9 out of 10 gunfights. The learning curve for the Cactus is much steeper, but if you managed to master a Cactus (both in level and gameplay) you become better the any Deadbeards, because you were forced to become better. I remember the day I got the Camo Cactus back in GW1, she was my third character that I unlocked in the game, and I sucked with her. But I didn't complain and I started to master her. After a few weeks, she became my best character in the game and from that point on, she was my go-to on the Plant team. When I came into GW2, I expected to stomp everybody, but because the Camo Cactus is clunkier than in GW1, I didn't do as good as I expected. But I adapted. I raised my sensitivity and relearned how to lead targets with the new movement speed and speed and speed when ADS. Now, I mastered her again and I eat Sharkbites for breakfast. Their are few things in this game that I fear more than a good Camo Cactus, because they will get you before you notice them.
I just don't like either of you. I think you both are full of it in most regards. With your, he does this BUT... and well if you do this THEN BS. That is my opinion.
If you notice I say it straight out, zombies are better in every regard and every character mirror save Corn. No ands ifs buts or BS excuses.
And we wont be 1v1. I will join his match and he can show me that he "owns" with cactus and kills so many deadbeards.
He is in a win win situation, because if he racks up the kills, he wins... if I win vanquish master every match and kill him 8 to 1 ratio, it still proves nothing against him or our debate. I could be just better at the game. I am saying cactus SUCKS compared to deadbeard. all he needs do is do well with me in his match to witness.
PLUS... PLUS I get to shoot him in the face with a lazer. Please feel free to join as well Shogunbear and show me how zombies are not "that" op or whatever drivel you say on these forums.

Most of the problem of plants (and don't happen only on console, sometimes on PC too) are the
fkn
uncarryable
corn
scrubz.
When i see more than 3 corns i usually:
- quit
- wish i have a chat text to TRULY say how much i APPRECIATE their skills
- curse
- curse a lot
- asking myself why i'm not playing LOL when im around plat.
- remember to not blame every bronze V... they are clearly superiore to every corn player
- repeat.
If Citron will get a buff and most of those newbies will convert into Citron, you guys on console you'll see a quite difference.
Citron is a PERFECT character to get carryed, since he offers a lots of utility.Do you think 3-6 newbies playing a frontliner damage dealer rambo class in a plant team that require teamworking and coordination is carryable in any way?
I say plant will ever need teamworking, not because they are hard or weaker, fact is more simple.
Sunflowers and Cactuses lacks survability option, they have no dashes, rocket jumps, kicks, damage mitigation and so on... mostly are immobile freee-kills once you get closer.
On origin Citron x3 is staple in every match, since some time. First post-patch week were horrible too with a lots of useless Corn, but now situation has slighly improved.
If i don't win more than half of matches as a plant i bet i win at least 40-45%. Not even close to 10% like you say o_o' ...
