Game progress missing after my device shut down automatically

I played the first Plants vs Zombies game & progressed up to Night level 1. But when my phone automatically shut down while playing the game, the progress got reset. However my progress didn't get re...

That's a bug. It's not recomended to play if you have low battery. Plus, Night Level 1 isn't too far...

I know but the same could've happened if I was way through the game. My phone battery has problem. So I need to keep it on charging.
