Game stops loading at Initial Marigold loading screen
I've tried multiple steps of clearing cache, running as admin, reinstalling the game, repairing the game, only thing i haven't tried is the clean boot. I've also linked the DX document as well

After taking a look at your DxDiag, it looks like your CPU doesn't meet the Minimum System Requirements, which could be a main factor in this issue.
