Game stuck on start screen

PVZGw:2 Game is stuck on the opening screen title card. It’s been like this for like 3 years lmao, can someone fix this please?

its definitely not my sided and I’m sure it’s a simple fix, cannot even get into the game because once the intro loads it doesn’t even take me to the loading screen.

ive done literally everything, someone help
