I wish I was able to see how many people have stopped playing this.

You get a pretty good indication, just for the fact you keep seeing the same names in online matches. Something I never had happen with GW1. I played GW1 nearly every single day from launch up until GW2 came out and never got use to seeing the same names. But I also don't see me devoting myself like that to this game. I think once Quantum Break comes out next week, I'll be moving on....at least for now.

This is depressing. I was hoping for some patch or update soon, since I'm still playing the tutorial every time I load up the game.

I don't think it's a cop out, @EA_Andy is a community manager, not a lead developer or designer.  I'm sure the higher ups are working on something and just don't have the details finalized.  I think the design team realizes that the rose changes had more consequences then they originally though, they have a lot on their plate right now and are probably still going through a lot of information.  Then they have to find the best route to resolve these issues, and then they have to make the changes.  It's a lot of work, remember this game hasn't been out very long and probably doesnt have the same amount of people working on patches/fixes/ etc as games like destiny and COD.

It's obvious they don't care - it's been three weeks since the last patch. People have already moved on. Servers are barren. Can't find a full game at any time of day. Game was clearly rushed out and it's been unbalanced since launch. Oh well, lots of good games coming out in April.

Mmk...but see with those other games, they actually worked day 1. This game did not and their recent patch just flipped the balance table on over to the Zombies side.

I have a dream, where we get full games that work on release...like they did in the past.

yes but there have been plenty of games that did not work at all on release.  Garden ops, graveyard ops, and backyard still work.  Multiplayer works but there are issues with balance I agree.  This happens in high tier games like LoL and games like Destiny all the time.  I'm with you, I wish this game would have been more balanced on release, but it wasn't.  I doubt the devs are sitting around doing nothing, if they had info to give they would give it.  They just released the anti-rose patch twoish weeks ago.  I think your arguments are unfair, especially since this game does work, it's just not balanced.

I hope you guys are aware of Party Rose being unobtainable since the last patch, that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Also their's a mode called Infinity Time which is so boring to do, so that seems like a major bug to me as well.

Please fix that one.
